If you're not careful, it is very easy to scare off your subscribers by marketing to them too aggressively. There is always a temptation to blast out a marketing message whenever something comes across your desk that offers you high commissions but you need to resist this temptation to some degree.
That isn't to say that you cannot market to your list at all because that is why many of us are in this business to start with. You just need to learn how to weave in the advertisements instead of openly hitting them with a sales letter.
This is often the case whenever a new Internet marketing product comes onto the scene. Many times, these particular Internet marketing products will have a copy and paste advertisement that can be mailed to a list.
All too often, people are inundated with the same message from multiple e-mail lists because they are all taking the easy route of pasting in the same message from the same source.
It is a much better idea if you were to write some kind of an honest review of the product or perhaps weave it into a message that is on the same topic.
It takes a little bit of practice, but you would be surprised at how many sales you are able to make simply by placing a few careful links in your e-mails instead of blasting them with a pitch and a link.
Not only will it help you to make sales, it will help you to keep your readers for the long term.
